After hours with SAM on the help line (via E-mail) I learned that your wifi name must be a single word. Mine was "mark internet" and it had to be changed to "mark" or a single word. That data would have been helpful in the instructions.
I then needed to reset the unit to factory settings. Again, no instructions provided. Turns out you need to plug in and unplug 4 times to reset.
After hours figuring this out with SAM, I finally have my unit connected via wifi.
Suggestion - How about a simple led display stating temp, humidity and days in the fridge. Would have made me a much happier customer as I could care less about checking my meat remotely.
